I have been ordering beer gift baskets from this company for my dadās birthday for a few years now. He always looks forward to getting his beer. He loves trying different IPAs. I have had a few minor issues with delivery in the past but completely not Give them beerās fault. This time, I had an issue with fed ex changing the address I asked them to send it to without my knowledge. Iām still trying to figure out why they did this. Ultimately, fed ex sent it back to the company. I was frustrated and thinking about finding a different gift for my dad from that point on. I reached out to customer service and they were so friendly and helpful! They immediately fixed the problem. I will continue to be a customer for as long as they remain awesome.
